Sophia Messick
Holy Angels School Alumna, Sophia Messick, is currently a Senior at Saint Mark's High School. She has signed a National Letter of Intent to further her education and basketball career at Bluefield University in VA! Congratulations, Sophia, we are so proud of you. We cannot wait to watch Sophia on the court for the Spartans this winter!

Our Holy Angels' players use their experience to lead to successful high school careers, both on and off the field. Cross Country
K-8
Fun runners: Grades K-2
HAXC: Grades 3-8
Cross country is a sport in which teams and individuals run a race on open-air courses over natural terrain. The course, typically 1 mile (for JV) or 2 miles (for Varsity), may include surfaces of grass, and earth, pass through woodlands and open country, and include hills, flat ground and sometimes gravel road. It is both an individual and a team sport; runners are judged on individual times and teams by a points-scoring method.

Flag Football
Flag Football is an instructional program for grades 1-3. Players work on the basics of football in a fun and organized environment.

This program is a co-ed CYM program open to players of all skill levels. The program is open to both girls and boys in grades 4-8.

Our Fall soccer program is geared to build skills and technique as our athlete’s progress through the levels of play. We focus on reinforcing fundamentals while providing a competitive environment. Our soccer program practices on our regulation fields. In 2021 we have the goal to host home games.

Track at Holy Angels is an exciting opportunity to experience multiple events in the sport of track and field. Typically, each athlete will participate in 2 running events and 1 field event during each meet. HATF is an instructional program; we train the children in proper stretching/warm up techniques, running form, race strategies and field event instruction.
